This design, based upon the original two-bedroom model and now expanded, has become a three-bedroom model with media/family room and three-car garage as shown. This plan comprises two children’s bedrooms with shared bathroom and a primary bedroom suite with double walk-in closets and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a large gathering room with fireplace, a full-size kitchen open on both sides, and a second gathering room for media/family. Note the small powder room tucked into the foyer, for guests. A new design option is the sunroom or three-season room as shown, as well as a rear/family porch with access to the garages as well as the laundry room.
This design includes a basement, with stairs directly accessible from the central hallway. Dependent upon local ordinances and/or other conditions, a plan without a basement may be preferred (eg, central Florida). Provision has been made for this option, with furnace and water heater located on the first floor.
