Currently on the boards is this contemporary villa, situated on a steep, wooded bluff overlooking Lake Michigan; there are some fine trees about it which were retained. The villa, as planned, is stepped along the slope with the main level overlooking a wide terrace accessed from the principal rooms; the upper level features a large suite with paired bathrooms, closets, and a nursery; the lower level features additional bedrooms and a media/gaming suite.
