Exterior elevations have been rendered in four (4) colour options for a personal review and selection, including: dark green with red, pale blue with dark blue, white with dark green, and yellow with dark green. Other colour options may be considered, as well. The roof has been specified as standing-seam metal but shingles may also be specified in lieu of same.
This design is intended for a young family, comprising two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, full laundry, plentiful storage, and a large gathering room with full-size kitchen and serving/breakfast island. Numerous porches provide much-welcome outdoor living spaces, as well as large windows for light and air.
This plan (see previous post) includes a basement, with stairs located directly behind the chimney and easily accessible from either the foyer or the laundry room. Dependent upon local ordinances, weather, and other conditions, a house without a basement may be preferred (eg, central Florida).
