This design is intended for a young family, comprising two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, full laundry, plentiful storage, and a large gathering room with full-size kitchen and serving/breakfast island. Numerous porches provide much-welcome outdoor living spaces, as well as large windows for light and air.
This plan does not include a basement, and is intended to be build either as a ‘slab on grade’ or with a crawlspace. Dependent upon local ordinances, weather, and other conditions, a house without a basement may be preferred (eg, central Florida).
